Cardpica is a client-side business card generation tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is processed when you use Cardpica and how we handle it.

Cardpica operates entirely in your browser. We do not have a backend that receives, stores, or processes any business data you enter into the application. Specifically:

• Your Google Sheets data is fetched directly by your browser and never transmitted to our servers.
• Design templates, card data, and exported files exist only in your browser session and on your local device.

We do, however, use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to collect anonymized usage data — for example, pages visited, session duration, and general interaction patterns. This helps us understand how Cardpica is used and improve the product. These tools may set cookies or similar tracking technologies in your browser.

Cardpica uses Google OAuth to allow you to connect your Google Sheets. This authentication flow is handled entirely between your browser and Google. We do not store your Google access tokens or refresh tokens on any server we operate. Tokens are kept only in your browser's local storage and are used solely to read spreadsheet data on your behalf.

Cardpica may store application state (such as your connected sheet URL and design preferences) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Cardpica is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Cardpica after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
