By accessing or using Cardpica ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Cardpica is a browser-based tool that allows you to generate business cards by combining HTML/CSS design templates with data from Google Sheets. All processing occurs locally in your browser.

You may use Cardpica for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including generating business cards for yourself or your clients. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create materials that are defamatory, obscene, or violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service beyond what is made publicly available.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

You retain full ownership of all design templates, spreadsheet data, and exported files you create using Cardpica. Because the Service operates entirely in your browser and does not transmit your content to our servers, we make no claim over your content whatsoever.You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create with Cardpica — including names, logos, and images — does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Cardpica application, including its source code, design, and documentation, is licensed under the terms stated in the project repository. The Cardpica name and logo are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDPICA AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
